Gongfu is the Chinese art, a special umkiejętność; cha is tea. Gongfu cha is a term so China's art of brewing tea. I became interested in her during my stay in Guangzhou for a scholarship, and gradually it has become almost an integral part of me - to the extent that passion had given up nearly two-year, even my son. In China there are dozens of varieties of tea, of which only a minuscule part of it reaches Western markets, and the "artistic" way of her brew, requiring total focus and attention, becomes an opportunity to stop and take breath from the stupefying galopady everyday life.
